NanJiDa has a professional team composed of 42 senior mold engineers, skilled in the use of computer-aided software systems, from the early development of DFMEA, mold flow analysis to the rationalization of the later stage of mass production, the whole process to provide technical support. Be able to skillfully operate a variety of international advanced CNC machine tools to ensure mold manufacturing accuracy and efficiency. Our CEO managed a team of 9 quality engineers with more than 15 years of work experience, follow the methods of quality planning, quality control and quality improvement, and strictly control all aspects from raw materials to clients with a persistent and firm attitude, adhering to the quality concept of "customer first, quality first", 16 skilled members with expertise in injection molding, coating molding, gas assisted technology, steam injection molding, two-color/three-color injection molding and high gloss injection molding. Our new mold developing capacity is more than 700sets per year, we have more than 2800 sets of standard molds so far, we design customized injection mold and metal stamping mold for high-end clinets all over the world. To better control product quality and environmental requirements, we using 3D Video Inspection System, X-Ray RoHS Detector. Glow-Wire Tester, Salt Spray Tester, Constant Temperature and Humidity Tester, Hi-Pot Tester. At the same time, we regularly sent the product to the third party testing institutions SGS to get an official approval.
